Return Policy Details

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
• Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to you.

Steps to Return Your Items

1- Submit a Return Request:

• In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
• In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
• Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
• Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
• If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
• Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
• Click Request return.

2-Courier Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a courier to collect the item(s) within 2-7 working days.

3-Inspection: Upon receiving the item(s), we will inspect them:

• • Approved Returns: Proceed with your selected refund method.
  • Rejected Returns: The item(s) will be sent back to you.
